The Lull is a beach front cottage located in Culburra, on the South Coast of NSW. 

NTD were engaged by Sydney based owners who had purchased a run down cottage and wanted our help to transform it into a sought after holiday rental property. 

The cottage is in a great beachfront location, but was in original condition and suffered from an awkward layout. It also did not offer any indoor/outdoor living or dining which is so important for a coastal holiday home. 

We provided a full interior design and decoration service that included: spatial planning to make the floor plan more functional and appealing;  specifying all internal and external finishes and fixtures; specifying all furnishings and decor; and styling the property ready for holiday rental.
