Our Modern Farmhouse project is a new build, multi-generational, pavilion style home on acreage on the outskirts of Sydney. One of two separate but connected dwellings, these pavilions  belong to a young family of five.  

We were engaged to review layouts and assist with selection of the core finishes and fixtures to be used throughout all pavilions as well as kitchen, bathroom and joinery design.  The aesthetic in the pavilions that belong to this young family is what we call “family friendly formality” – designed to be classic and calming and appeal to our client’s love of modern American farmhouses but also to sit comfortably in this Australian semi-rural setting.
